2016 Portland Rose Festival Art Show

This annual juried art show is part of the festivities celebrating the venerable 2016 Portland Rose Festival that features events around the city every year. On display will be paintings created by OSA members and Portland-area fine artists around four themes:

● Roses

● Excessive Celebration

● Portland Scenes

● Rose Festival Scenes

The juror for the 2016 Portland Rose Festival Art Show will be Pacific Northwest fine artist Erik Sandgren (http://eriksandgren.com), a widely exhibited artist and tenured professor of Fine Arts and Humanities at Grays Harbor College since 1992.

Anna Porter will be entering two new paintings of roses for consideration in this year's show, and she hopes to see you at the Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony on Sunday, June 5, 2016 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.

The 2016 Portland Rose Festival Art Show will be on display in the Gallery at Oregon Society of Artists through July 1, 2016 and is open to the public for viewing during normal gallery hours, Monday to Saturday 1:00PM to 4:00PM.
